Digital Earth Africa empowering climate action through a continental coastal service
The University of Ghana (UoG), in collaboration with Digital Earth Africa (DE Africa), is organizing a webinar on Earth Observation for Marine and Coast in English at 11 hours GMT zero on 8 April 2025. The webinar will be in two separate sessions. Thus, an English and a French session on April, 8th 2025 from 11:00 - 12:30 GMT and 14:00 - 15:30 GMT respectively. This webinar will focus on empowering climate action through the DE Africa coastline service. The University of Ghana's Regional Marine Centre leads the Marine and Coastal Areas Management of North and West Africa (MarCNoWA) Consortium of the GMES-Africa Programme. MarCNoWA provides essential coastal and marine services across 18 countries.
